Rainy Day

playing around with the tutorial found on this website the "Old Painterly Effect"

and heres what i ended up with... more like an old rainy day photograph with some vignetting, but it looks cool none the less.

    Very serene effect.....looks like our weather earlier this morning. I'm downloading the tutorial right now...I'll let you know if I can accomplish anything interesting with it!!! :D
