I'm still a rather new dgrinner, but I have sold one lens here. You can see that thread here and you can see the feedback I received from Dave here.

I have also a couple of transactions on ebay. If interested, you can see my feedback under the user id srq2625.

Now, on to the sale!

The manufacturer description can be seen here.

I've had this lens about a year. Used it lots and really had fun with it.

So, why am I selling it. Because I'm getting the Canon 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 EF-S (USM):clap

Price: $275 + shipping & insurance (pick your favorite carrier)
Payment Options: Personal Check, Money Order, or PayPal (add 3% PP fee)

Included in the sale:
  • Soft bag
  • The lens:thumb - The glass is pristine - now spots, dust, rubs, scratches, etc.
  • Front and rear caps, of course
  • Hood - the felt on the hood is unmarred, unrubbed, looks like it's never been used.
Here are the expected pictures:

The front of the lens:

The rear mount - hard to see it here, but there are no marks on the mount.

There are three blemishes on the lens. This is the worst of the lot. The other two are on the hood mount, from mounting the hood (duh!)

These are the "medium" sized images. If you want, you can see the full sized here:

    Bump for Price Change
Like the title says - bump for price change. At the time of this writing, there were 54 views and no interest. I guess the price was too high.ne_nau.gif

Time for some additional advertising. These two pics were taken with this lens. If you click on the images, you will get the origianl jpgs (they're not small) and, of course, you know how to get the "large" version of the files.

This was taken last May with a dRebel. I hope you will excuse the bush inthe lower left corner - not much to be done about it. I tried, for more than an hour to find a vantage point that would work but not include that bush - no luck.

This is a sunrise from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, taken during the week of 19 Sep 2005 (I remember the week because the wife and I were celebrating our 24th iloveyou.gif) with a 20D.

    Hi Scott-

    Tokina 17mm still available?

Apologies if I missed it, but did you buy this lens new or from someone else?

I'm considering this lens for full frame 1ds mk2 and 5d cameras, but haven't found anyone with experience... Need to find out how the corner/edge sharpness is...

Do you have experience with this combination, or know of anyone who does?

    Thanks for your time.

Man, I never saw this - I certainly would have given a bump for a great seller. Glad you finally got it done.
