    Manila is a pretty scary place and I am usually impervious. Every restaurant and shop seems to have a "Check your Guns Here" sign and pistol grip shotguns & automatic weapons are a dime a dozen. There are lots of shots I simply did not take. One friend said her brother was a cop and I could have hired him as a body guard and I did not have a real conception of what she was talking about until I got there. There were a lot of street shots that I just did not take.

    Just my two cents (if newbies can have two cents), I would crop the picture. You loose nothing essential cause you see part of the windows, and the man becomes what it should be: the focus of the portrait.
    In order to make the shot more of a story, I would have taken him from further, and given him a context against the building as towards how high
    he is hanging. Or just cropped to have him as main point of interest.
