Downloading the Sales info

After I download the sale info , the download goes where I want it to on the desktop, but I cant open it. Im told the application that was used to create the item cant be found.

Can someone help me figure out what Im doing wrong?
Im using a Imac computer.

Hi Pamela,

The file is a .csv file, you'll need something on your Mac that can open this. Like:

http://openosx.com/office/ (free)

or Microsoft Excel for Mac ($$$)

Oh Great , I have OS9.2, again this presents a problem for me. Im not able to upgrade my system at this time.
I can keep copies for now though.
I have another question different from this issue
Im looking at the W-9 form , it mentions a TIN.
Is this my SSN?
Or something else I need to get?
