Does anyone here have a contact name that I can get ahold of for a problem with an order? Their customer service reps are getting rude lately and I have been waiting since last Thursday for a return label for a wrong item they sent me. At this rate, by the time I get the label, it will be too late to return the dang thing.

Then the replacement, which I had to pay for because I didn't want to wait however long it would take them to return one and ship out the other one came today, and it was the WRONG THING TOO!!!!

I'm so frustrated and all the customer service people tell me is that the return label is emailed directly from UPS.... ok well I am not getting the emails to either email address I provided. They are unwilling to work with me on this one and I still have NO tripod head. Ughhhh. Can someone help me?

    Bummer you are having trouble. All I can say is that I'm CERTAIN they will make right by you.

    I was gonna say it but I thought I wouldn't push it but.... I mean henry I came up with a great idea how come it hasn't been implemented yet. People are more productive after all when they are relaxed, and the more money they produce from their wallet the better your margins.

    I got your e-mail and checked your orders. Seems UPS has (at our request) sent a total of four return labels. I note you use AOL for e-mail. AOL has the nasty habit of presuming what is and is not spam. It's very possible they're all are sitting quietly in your AOL spam folder. Let me know if there's any other way we can assist you.

    hi,

    Nope not in the spam folder. I did get one return label yesterday, but the RA number doesn't match either of the 2 that I received on the phone. I will use that one, and pay for shipping on the other one so I don't get stuck with 2 identical tripod heads that are both wrong items. headscratch.gif

    I just don't want to deal with this anymore and want to get these boxes off my desk and get a tripod head that I wanted in the first place. rolleyes1.gif
