ALL Galleries gone!!!!

Okay, I just checked my site, and it says there are no galleries! Tell me it aint so! I had over 12000 photos!!:scratch

    Clear your cookies, close and reopen your browser, see if that helps.

    nope...still shows my featured photo for each gallery, and how many photos are in each, but when I try to open it says no photos found. Does it work for you?ne_nau.gif

    Mine are gone too. eek7.gif I had over 15,000 and am trying really, really hard not to panic. I emailed the help desk but thought I would let others know they are not alone.

    ETA: I tried the direct URLs that I knew to some of my galleries and I can get to my pics that way. So they seem to still be there but I can't get to them through the main page and I would have to know the URL for each gallery (which I don't).

    ok, this is scary....I logged into my account and it says welcome, you have no galleries. I'd hate to think that all my hard work was lost...:cry :cry Anyone?

    Category names messed up???
    several of my categories say Other (which is valid for one of them) wassup?

    actually, the "Other" categories have the picture of the correct category, but if I click on any of them, I get the Same Other category

    Catagories Screwed Up!!!! !%@!%!@%
    All of my catagories are messed up... I had custom categories assigned for nearly all of my galleries... The ONLY category that works is the one that was pre-made from smugmug (ie. Vacation) The rest of mine are called "Other".

    P L E A S E F I X ! ! Someone obviously hasn't QA'd enough!!!!

    I was able to find my photos through the bandwidth used/ details section in my control panel!eek7.gif

    I can tell you that Onethumb lays awake at night worrying about your (our!) photos. And for that, I'm glad.

    I'm still having problems! eek7.gif Some of my categories are messed up and I can't find the gallery I uploaded overnight except via its direct url. :uhoh

    All my galleries are private, so let me know if you need anything turned on/off to help diagnose it.
