SOLD!
Paperback by Scott Kelby:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0321269063/qid=1144294680/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/002-1408313-9088804?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

There is nothing wrong with the book except it's for PS beginners.

I ordered it hoping to advance my channels expertise (especially after Dan's book), but it turned out to be really entry level.
If you are just starting to learn PS, it contains a lot of simple to use and rather effective stuff. It would also help to clear your primal fear of the whole channels/masking concept.

I had it for one day only and I only looked through it once.
It's in an absolutely mint condition, no marks, no folds, no scratches.

Amazon sells it for ~$25. It can be yours for only $19.99 (paypal) shipped to your door in ConUS. I can ship to other places/countries, too, but shipping fee may apply.

I will say on the price of that book, it is cheaper at BarnesandNoble.com than at Amazon. However, it is below the 25.00 for free shipping, so .........

It is certainly cheaper than in the stores.
