Thanks Steve. Yes..they are some interesting animals. That leafy sea dragon was my favorite. They come from "down under" (Australia). It's amazing the camo they have. They move so gracefully..the don't seem real.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Nice work Mike, especially with what I imagine to be difficult lighting conditions. Love the shots of the clown fish and the sea dragon!

Very cool, Mike! I love the shots of the leafy sea dragon....he looks like a floating salad bar! Amazing camoflage. I like the little clownfish, too, even though he is a little OOF... thumb.gif (P.S. I don't think it's allowed to stick any of these in your camera bag to feed your birds....)

Thanks Jeff. Difficult lighting? ne_nau.gifheadscratch.gif At a public aquarium..nahhh rolleyes1.gifrolleyes1.gifumph.gif The sea dragons were in such a poorly lit tank...what a PITA they were. Couldn't get any depth of field...even at high ISO. Good thing they move so slow (compared to other fish)..otherwise I'd not have had anything. No flash in their tanks..either (not that I used one). The bigest problem was not being able to step back to get a better shot. Too many people and too many reflections off the glass. Always an adventure when aquarium shooting.
