This struck me as funny, so I photographed it to share. It certainly took a lot of patience and skill to make. It was parked in an upscale waterfront neighborhood. A marketing strategy, no doubt.

    My dentist has a living tooth and a toothbrush on his rooftop deck!

    And yes, they do take a lot of pruning to create, or so I've been told.
