Way to bulk map tag available?

Hi, I don't think there's a way to map multiple (bulk) photos at once. At the very least there ought to be a way to tag an entire gallery. Is there a 3rd party app that can do this? You'd think that Picasa of all apps should be able to do this, as it's Google's own product.
