OK, first and foremost... no political commentary please. This is strickly an exercise in photojournalism! Thank you.

Recently, there has been a lot of "taking it to the streets" over the issue of illegal immigration here in the states. Many of you have no doubt seen the news reports.

Yesterday afternoon, about 10,000 people hit the streets of downtown Los Angeles, taking a stance against proposals currently in congress.

Here are just a few of the shots I captured. Your comments and critiques are welcome and appreciated.

    Hey Ric, thanks for catching my typo; I meant 100,000. Some news reports put the crowd at 500,000 but I'm not sure I believe that.
