Announcing: SmugFlickr Alpha release

Hi All.

So you have a bunch of photos on Flickr and want to copy them to Smugmug?

Well, you can now do it in an automatic manner, that also moves tags, captions etc, with the wonders of SmugFlickr.

Available for download from http://www.smugtools.com/SmugFlickr

The version that is currently available is an alpha test version, lacking the sophisticated features, such as incremental copying, local backup, network failure tolerance and it has a slightly sticky user interface. These issues will of course all be fixed in the fullness of time.

But you can now Flick(r) to Smugmug automagically, right now.

Version 0.0.1.1 Alpha has been released

Bug fixes to:

Handling of empty file names
Use of tags with spaces in them
Behaviour of request retry button

Please uninstall previous version, if installed and update to this one before pefroming a migration.
