Male and Female Red Wing Blackbirds showing off

I was trying to get a good shot of a male Red Winged Blackbird strutting it's stuff with little luck when a female came along and landed right in front of me. I added the Tamron 1.4TC to the 400 and shot away. The light was pretty bad but ISO 800 kept my shutter speed up and the images still look decent. Hope you like them, comments and critique welcome as usual.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments and looking. I was pleasantly surprised with the shots of the female. When you are looking at them with your naked eyes you can't fully appreciate the subtle colors on the neck and wings. Now that I have seen them closer up I thnk they are much more interesting than the males. Here is a crop showing more detail.
