Happy Easter, Roman!
This was a nice surprise for me this Easter morning. When I was in the Navy, the ship I was on steamed up the Columbia River to be a part of the Rose Festival. Beautiful country and, unlike many places, the people were very happy to welcome us young sailors.
A very good memory..........thanks.:D
Ric - Ok...then here is another memory for you...(from another who is x-navy)
A shot of the Navy Ships at Rest here in Portland (took shot at 4:30 AM)

Would you share a little about how you shot and processed your shots?
I shot a series yesterday at the botanical gardens and I'm very disappointed; most are bland, washed out.

BigWebGuy - I won a competition with that shot....thank you VERY much!
Angelo - Very little post processing. I take my shots RAW and insure exposure and WB is set correctly before beginning. I VERY lightly tighten colors using LAB colorspace editing.....and sharpening...thats it. The more prep work used to get the exposure and WB right the less PP you will need.
I like using Expodisk for both....it nails WB in most cases, and turns your cameras meter from a reflective meter to an incident meter. My PP time has gone down considerably since I started using this tool. It still takes time though to learn the tool...but once you and it start working well together...

OoooooHHHH Ahhhh
The tulips, the tractors, the sky, the colors. I could go on and on.
As it's already been said, simply stunning.

I don't think we have any tulip growers in our area. I see sunflowers, daisy-type flowers, roses, but not tulips in the field like that.
Beautiful photos too! Be sure to post the next group of photos too!
