Is that correct , and if so, how can I go about that?

Thanks!

Thanks! I'm making my way thru it-
NOw, one other question.....once I change my URL from alisonstumpf.smugmug.com to, say, alisonstumpfphoto.com.....
IF anyone were to try to access my site my my old url, what would happen? Would they get redirected or not?

alisonstumpf.smugmug.com will never cease to exist, it's yours as long as you subscribe, and will always work to get to your site.

So will the new one, www.alisonstumpfphoto.com once you have it set up properly as a CNAME Alias to www.smugmug.com - as instructed in the help page that sheaf linked.

Holler with any more questions! See the links in my sig for great SmugMug Pro resources.
