Could you say what size each of the mattes are. The outside looks like it is 1 inch, but what size is the inside matte, I want to make an action like that on the light neutral colors.

ginger...the outer matte is 1 inch and the inner 1/4 of an inch. I used a little program called photo framer by pixlabs but you could do the same with a photoshop action (and that would definitely save time. If you want to print to the exact paper proportions, however, you have to remember to crop to the right size so that your frame action results in the correct proportions...
