I had to take a picture of this before I ate the head. It was a pretty good size cake my mom made for the whole extended family this weekend. Sprinkled with coconut.

    tell me about it!

    this thing was made from 2 molds....and the extra was scrapped off to free the two halves. i had no problem being the clean up crew for that job. nice and moist chocolate cake. my mom's a part time caterer....so I'm desiginated quality control. I'm going to miss it when I move out.
