bird ID

saw this little guy around my house this am, I think he was trying to make a nest. I cant seem to ID him though, any ideas?

    It looks like some sort of Fly catcher. But which one. where abouts was it shot. It might help narrow it down a little headscratch.gif

    Looks like a Swamp Flycatcher. A little bit more of a white belly than an Usher's which is slightly more brown.

    Unfortunately I cannot see the wing markings on your shot, and there are hundreds of choices on the MangoVerde site

    thanks guys, i didn't get a good look at the wings so I will just call it some kind of flycatcher for now.
