OT: archiving a website

I guess this is the closest thing to an OT forum...is there a way to archive a website so that I can view it on my computer when I'm not on the net (no, it's not a smugmug site)?

    There are utilities out there that do this. One for the Mac is called SiteSucker. I don't know what's out there for Windows.
