    The second one looks really nice Thomas, your treatment really fits the subject. I'm not to fond of the first one though. It just looks like an OOF shot to me.

    Like the effect on the lilly- looks like a watercolour painting. Doesn't work so well on the dragon.

    to properly compare your post processing techniques, you should provide both unmodified photo and post processed photo. :)

    but from the post processed photos youve attached, the lily shot brings out a lot of the bright colors. however the dragon fly shot is overcome by the lg amounts of colors that makes may make you lose interest on the little guy.
