Sacred Land of the Navajo Nation
I travelled the land of the Diné in search of wisdom. What I found,
is nothing more wonderous in imagery and the soft timbre of a flute
by Chief Tsosie, a spirit guide, if you may. Into the land of the
Díyín diné’é, the holy people and the sacred land of Navajo Nation.
To get there, I traversed hard and dry terrains of sand, rocks,
canyons, ready to plunge my fragile body of this world into the
deep sharp depth of the dangerous canyons as a sacrifice to
the Fire God of Navajo.
Abandoning the burden of a tripod :P , I took all these imagery
in a negative EV environment without one. Most of which, I had
to employ the "Hands of Rock" technique, passed down to me
through generations and generations of the indian people.
Without further ado, the Navajo Nation, full gallery here:

Welcome to dgrin, hope you share more of your wonderful projects and photos here with us.
I love "eye of the coyote" the best of all...
Are those self portraits? Did you find a place to put the camera to take those (I guess?).
What a great idea to have a spirit guide show you their sacred lands. Looks like you had a good trip.

One question, on the "Burning Bush", was there a reason you cut the end of the branches off on the right side?
Thanks for sharing,

cuz Andy seems to be always around and I enjoy his IR work but
has never really posted anything. Will try to do so more.
Thanks for comments!! ;-)

The right side is actually another branch from another tree and is
extremely distracting.

looking again, i meant 1,2,5,&6. i got the numbers confused.
with number 6, you should have included his feet.
your poses are kind of static and badly cropped - work on your composition, look for good examples of photos of people in landscapes, and take inspiration from those.
the scenery is amazing.
