Some background, just finished shooting my parents 50th anniversary. The question is I have the original wedding photo's in digtal form, some of the shots are pro. Problem is I want to make a album for my parents and include the oringinal wedding photo's. I checked and the guy that took the pictures died long ago. Is it ok for me to use the photo's for my parents album? :dunno

Legally, you'd have to see the contract your folks signed (if they did) to find out what rights they paid for. The pro's rights to his images extend many decades past his death.

Practically speaking, you're not doing this for financial gain, it's a one-off project, and he's deceased. I wouldn't worry about it.
    Sid.
