What do you think about these two shots? I like the second one better without my arm. All help is greatly appreciated. Unforunatly, the pizza is gone, so I can't reshoot. The first was 5 seconds, and the second was 8sec.

Thank you guys. Do you guys think it's good enough to enter, or should I reshoot, and do something else with it?

i think a slightly different angle would improve the shot [chips moving more laterally and less head-on]... but if you want to go all out with an all in, here's the setup I would use:

    1) flop (with turn/river too?) showing (already got this, good)
    2) hole cards showing! (don't go too cheesey, with like a royal flush, but have the hand tell a story; poker expertise here is key-maybe recreate a famous hand? a doomed hand like the one against J Chan?)
    3) (2) will require a little over-the-shoulder, but get as much angle as you can to show a left-right or right-left movement of the chips into the pot

[showing hole cards & going all-in requires that both be one-handed, naturally]
[dof may be tough, but you've got a long exposure so you're in like flynt!]

    ... come along.

Wow! 'All-in' is a very neat concept thumb.gif
And I agree with LeDude above - the concept will do great with a story to tell.

Really like the effect of the chips in No3 not sure how you could take that shot from a different angle.

    Cheers

#3 is definitely enterable. This type of shot is what I was thinking when I took a look at the challenge topic; a nice mix of static and dynamic. The first two, however, look like you're just screwing around, or practicing to take a shot like #3. Is there any way you can shoot # 3 and remove yourself from the picture?

Thanks for all the compliments and critiques. I will try to reshoot if I can get the time. This is a busy week for me. Thanks again
