I like the treatment you used on this shot. One thing I could think of changing would be to leave a little more detail around the edge of the clipboard, I think it needs a little more definition where it intersects with the sky.

I like it all - the subject, the compo, the treatment..:-)
Did you use long tele, or was the guys so focused on his own targets that he didn't pay any attention to anybody else?
