A little slideshow help, please

Thanks to everyone's help, I've made a bunch of progress of getting my site to look like my template :
But I could use help with the intro slideshow :
1. The slideshow was working fine until I tried to use the firstSlideUrl. It now opens with a small box and then flips to the real image. What am I doing wrong?
2. How can I move the slideshow up so it sits right under the header?
