This is my 1.st attempt to photograph a waterfall.
It was very quick because the group was waiting...
No tripod. I stood the camera on the rocks and use a neutral density filter.

Interesting shot. I'm going to slide it on over to teh field & street forum where it fits better.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Antonio,

At original size, sharpness is a problem, but considering that you didn't have a tripod for this 2.5 sec. exposure, it's not bad at all.

I am confused by the original image size listed as, "original size: 4026px x 5638px"?

I realize some of this is from the extra margin and frame, but it still seems too big for a file from a 20D?

    Thanks,

I was not handhelding the camera. I am very good indeed but not that far rolleyes1.gif The camera was on the rocks near the ground.
I do not know about this thing of size.
The file is a RAW one.
Its original size is 8783 kb and the self timer was used.
    Going to dinner.

Not too bad for a first attempt. Looks like depth of field hurt this one.

Next time you will have your tripod and a higher f stop!!! rolleyes1.gif

The large size in your gallery is fine now. Still, being lazy, I wish you would imbed them in your posts. rolleyes1.gif

I usually imbed in the posts. I was in a hurry and the file was too large to go...
