Old photos with new life...

I was thumbing some very old photos and came across a shot I took just because it hit me. I shelved it obviously back then, and just decided to have some fun with some new techniques I have been learning in this forum.

This is not perfect, but I only spent about 15 miuntes in PS, mostly trying to get the perspective corrected...

(BTW: this was shot at 2.1 mg res.)

Opinions of course are welcome...Thats what we are here for...

    Heres the original image taken about 4 years ago on a trip to Hollywood...

    We watched a gala poolparty from our hotel room...if only I was equipped then as I am now...

    You need to bring some of the detail that is in the color back into the b&w. I would also grey the wall a little.
