Ok I did read all those threads again. I am trying to just stick with the bacics for now. I created a gallery for animals, I then made a sub for birds, then I wanted to add another for the same gallery for horses.

Problem now I don't see the sub for birds and my horses catorgories has the birds in them. Before I get to far I am hoping some can view or whatever and just please help me.

It seems pretty simple but I am obvisouly doing some wrong.

Appreciate any help.
Gail

It looks like you just added the birds to your horses subcategory. when you're adding your photos, make sure you're in the right gallery:

If you dont have any galleries in a category, that category wont show up. You can fix this real easy by going into your bird gallery and clicking on the 'gallery tools' dropdown then selecting 'customize gallery'. Select your Birds subcategory from the subcategory dropdown and save the changes. voila.

I know I'm really late on this one. But I took a look at your site just to see if you were set to go. It looks great. One thing that I noticed that you can adjust is your banner. It looks just a little pixelated. Try using the URL for the Large size instead of the medium size and that should help that.

Good News! Your account is Pro. Which means that you get enough bandwidth! 32GB is a lot of bandwidth. But if that wasn't enough, we've decided that you shouldn't have to worry about it.

Sleep well tonight knowing that your new banner won't eat up too much!

Because I'm a nerd and because I find this enjoyable, let me just show you a bit of math on this.

The banner in large size is just over 21 kilobytes. That is about 0.00002 gigabytes. Since your account has 32 gigabytes of bandwidth allowed per month, then it could be loaded almost 1.6 million times each month if it was the only photo being loaded. And remember, for most visitors to your site, they only get it off our servers once and then it is cached for all other pageviews.

Basically, each time it is loaded, it uses a truly insignificant proportion of your available bandwidth.

Of course, Dustin is correct that we are making your bandwidth unlimited. But that's still unofficial. =)

I appreciate your help. I didn't sleep real well anyway. I kept trying to figure out how to put the bar accross the top (I'm not sure if that's what it's called) so someone looking at home page looks similar to this where you find home, galleries, etc. I'm gonna try working on that today.headscratch.gif
