full frame flying fox

66504239-M.jpgthis would have been a seller if i had been able to focus a little faster and pressed the shutter about .25 of second faster-anyway it still gives a good underside view even though its partially out of frame-check the shoulders and forearm muscles!

    fascinating from a structural point of view
    May be missing a few bits, but beautiful depiction of the animal's structure - fingers, etc. Very cool !!!

    lightning arrestors
    glad you like it-the 'lightning arrestors' are ,what once would have been thumbs-they have evolved into sharp hooks which are used to climb trees and as a weapon against other flying foxes
