New lens in the woods...

...I am some what amazed and quite pleased so far with my new 70-300 DO IS lens. The AF speed is unlike anything that I have experienced....fast!

These are 100% crops at 300mm.

With continuous frame shooting....this was the very next frame.

I would have never got the first one before this lens.

    Beautiful picture of the Canada and the pics of the yellow bird. The clarity of that lens is remarkable. Good work.

    Good shots Ric. Looks like that lens will serve you well. The truth is that good glass does make a big difference. Once you used good glass its very hard to go back.
