I've been repeatedly trying to order either of the two Lightsheres, (clear or cloudy). It keeps on saying... "The shipping method you specified is NOT availiable to your address".

What the heck does that mean? I gave all correct address info to receive the LS. Anyone know what stores sell it since Gary Fong's won't work for me? Can't get a Canon 550EX or a Nikon SB800 until I know I can get the LS, too.:rolleyes

Are you trying to get this shipped to a PO Box? A military base? A boat? Your Car? A business? etc????

Tell us where you are trying to ship it and we can all tell you why.

I wish I could help you. I have a P3 I need to sell. I ordered a P1 from Gary this week and it should be here on the 3rd.

I had trouble when I ordered the P3. When I tried to contact his customer support I got a run around with the emails. I finally got pissed and emailed Gary. He was appologetic but did nothing to address the customer support email problem. I understand he is a busy man. I work customer service and this type of thing really gets me mad. I would recommend double checking your shipping address and shipping options. I bet something is out of wack. His site should tell you what the problem is.

Did you select express shipping? I did the UPS ground option.

I forgot, I do not think Gary has a distribution program in place. I think you have to get it from him.

I'm giving them my house address. Unless they only wanna sell it to businesses/corporations... like I get told half the time when I wanna buy something, or they want me to buy mass quantities of whatever it is I want.rolleyes1.gif

I did both UPS and express shipping.

I'm about to buy the Nikon SB800 or SB600, unless a Canon flash will fit on a Nikon body. I was told at BestBuy that only Canon can fit on Canon and Nikon on Nikon. Beats me, I wouldn't know.ne_nau.gif

Thank you! I'll contact him that way soon. I now have the Nikon SB600. Bought it this late afternoon at BestBuy for $215. I hope this makes my pictures better than the factory flash did. Later on I'll have the LS Clear or the Cloud, or both.:D
