Razor like (in the good sense). I wonder what lens was on...:D the new one?
Yep, that new lens has to earn it's keep!
Maybe a little less sharp would be better? I've been trying out nik sharpener which lets you sharpen selected colors. In this case I highly sharpened the browns and blacks while doing minimal on the greens and blues.
I like them sharp and popping with minimum post processing but it may be like that becouse all of my lenses are soft:cry .
I try not to over do them and this one I think that it's ok, you are on the safe side:): .
Interesting about selective sharpening in this one is that it produce a strong sense of depth and I like that.

Can you please, remember which lens is it ?
Sorry ... :
Nice picture yes. Nice picture.
Not only lens' fault ...
This is supposed to mean: It is not enought to have a good lens to take good pictures, but it helps a LOT.
Like money: doesn't give you Heath but it helps a LOT.

That is old news . How about a new lens that even in usable light conditions keeps hunting for focus and when it hit it it's probably 50/50 chance to be front/back focus.
Agree, gear is'nt everything:D but for some shots it could make a difference.
Cristian.
