    No way dont blur the walkin by dude.

    I feel he adds to this. Its like 2 stories in one here. lol well make that 3, here we have a group of cops, surpose to be on duty, but does it look it? NO. While we have some1 who looks like they have world on his shoulders, going by, in his own world.

    I reckon we need a vote :D

    I think he should stay - the cops are obviously laughing *at* him. Probably his 'Magnum' style growth.

    Because he's grumpy, it gives a nice contrast to the happy cops.

    It's not the laughing cops, but rather the expression on Mr. Grumpy that caught my eye. Maybe he's apprehensive about walking so close to so many of those who have arresting authority, and maybe he doesn't want them to know about that bag of "herb" he's got in his pocket! :tiptoe :uhoh
