Which RSS Feeder (freeware)

I know very little about computers. :huh

I would like to install a RSS Feeder which should send me mails when my SmugMugs sellected friends post new pictures or edit their galleries.

I have moved to Firefox and I am still working on Windows.
I will move to Apple later on this year, I hope.

Can you recommend a RSS Feeder ? :dunno
