Site troubles, logging me out, goofy thing happening….

Not sure what happened, isn’t that how all these questions start out,
I noticed that after my site loads (in IE 6) in the lower left hand corner where is an Error. So I tried to find out what’s wrong using Mozilla under tools JavaScript Console, I think I fixed one of the error’s where a double ## was. So after all that when I logon I tried to see my galleries so I click on Show and I’m logged off. This happens a lot lately, also when I save customization from cobrand screen I have to make the changes several times and save several times before they take.
Any solutions………………..

try clearing all your cache and logging out / in again. I could show/ hide your galleries just fine with no troubles...
