from this picture, it looks like the baseman missed the runner, so I'd say "Safe!"

Third Base
Third base and the runner has not hit the dirt yet. I would say safe.
Or Second Base Either way safe.

Since I see no chalk line, I'll say it is second-base.
Looks like the infielder may have hit the left leg/ankle/foot of the runner, so I'll do what a lot of umps do and GUESS "he's outta there".:D
