I know this is not the place for landscape posts, but I just can't resist.
I'll just makeup for my straying with a bee pic. How's that?:):
Both taken yesterday.
C&C wellcome

That bee is awsome Russ. I think you used just enough DOF to make the bee in focus but keep the entire flower out of focus. The smooth background is also very pleasing. I'm not as fond of the first shot. I like the texture of the wood but I think the bottom left is a little empty and the stray plant is leading the eye right to it.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I like the textures in the first shot, but the bee is totally awsome. thumb.gif

But, I don't get it, why do you want to post things where the people who appreciate them won't see them.?

If I like landscapes, I don't look in the wildlife thread. And, Ginger, If I like people shots, I don't look for them in the bird thread. So what's up with that? Oh well, you guys are funny. :D

I know there are other categories on dgrin, but I feel more at home here in Nature & Wildlife. Don't you? So postaway as long as you include something that's naturally alive and wild :D
Thanks for viewing and commenting Ginger
