D70s Compact Flash Speed?

Here's a link to a compact flash I'm considering purchasing. (Tiger Direct)

It looks like a good deal. Here's the problem, and I searched here and the Nikon site/manual but couldn't find an answer:

How do I know that the speed of a particular compact flash card is sufficient for the D70s? I don't need the fastest flash card ever made, just marginally faster than the D70s...

any thoughts?

thanks,
Rich
