Travis, hmm... feedback. Ok, it's blurred and it you can reshot use a tripod next time, crop the left side building and check the horizon becouse I think that it's right tilted.

Exposure and composition nice. Hard to tell, but the picture looks out of focus, that, and the horizon isn't level. I know this has already been mentioned, but the problems with this image may cost you in the contest.
I notice your pic is only 84kB, so I'll assume the artifacting and focus (or motion blur) errors I see are due to high compression. A jpeg this size is usually 300kB or so. Good. Now all you'll have to do is level the horizon and you'll have a real winner

But I was there that night on the same riverbank
I didn't get any good shots but got to talk to lots of people
Also got to see what some will do for that "perfect shot" including me:D
