Missing catalog items

I have looked through help, and searched the forums, but cannot find the answer?
I have set up pricing, on all photo sizes, and other items in the portfolio, which should then apply to all galleries I have marked yes for printing.
The problem is that there are a number of options that are on the pricing list, that do not show as available to order.
How do I fix this.

Hi Andy,
I have recently upgraded to pro, as I have pictures I will be posting for my job, pictures from church events, and personal pictures.
The pictures from work, my company has a big deal about security, so they paid for the upgrade so that I can set things up so people cannot save or pcopy the files. I have set most of my galleries up private, with sharegroups to group things.
Anyway, my site is acli.smugmug.com
The galleris I was playng with for pricing is http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/603567
This one is missing only a few items, using the first picture, which is the desk clock, the black Mug, and all of the sweatshirts from the pricing list.
This gallery, http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/1297687 using the first picture has even more items missing. As far as I know, I set up all pricing on the portfolio list, and then deleted any gallery pricing so it goes to the portfolio option.
Could it be something to do with picture size or resolution, that limits the products available?
Thanks
We don't offer any clocks - here's the full list of products:

OK?
If items aren't for sale even though you've priced them, it's usually due to low resolution of the image.

OK,
I was going by the pricing list that appears when you price a gallery. I assumed all items on that list should be available.
I will check image resolution on the gallery that has the smaller list of photo types for sale.
Thanks
