    I got a report from a client that they recieved this yesterday. However, I haven't heard anything more, and google analytics indicates that a fair number of impressions were served successfully.

    Yeah, seems to be kinda randomly happening once and a while. I've gotten it once here at home, and been told of it once from co-worker that got it once, in both cases a reload or back and click a different link worked fine. Perhaps something for the SM team to take a spin through the logs for.... oh well, at least it's not persistent.
