I covered the first round of the RacerX Senior Series, at the Byron Motosports Park last Saturday, for Cycle USA. It was a great day, tons of riders..."old guys":D , +25 to +60. Here are just a few shots from the day..

Waiting to practice.

High speed through the whoops!

A clean holeshot!

Heading for the win....

Speed shot..

All shots with the 20D and 70-200L F2.8, the last was done with the 550EX as well. I shot right 2000 photos that day, I had just got 2 new 2GB High Speed Lexar CF cards two days prior....needed them!

Thanks for looking...comments always welcomed...sometimes feared!:lol3

    Your shots are AWESOME
Your shots are very good and I like the last best.thumb.gif

About the the ( Old Guys at +25 ) The last bike I road was a 1981 CR-480 4sp. That should show my age. Give us ( Old Guy's a Break ) we might be painting that $ 100,000.00 bike of your dreams to park in your garage. umph.gif

Your photos do inspire me to do to be more agresive at the track. In the photo department. thumb.gif

That last shot should have been first to really capture our attention.........Really well done -great feel to it.............The others were to dark and screemed for fill flash-though you may have been to far away..................Mereimage

Thomas, Sid, thanks for the kind words as well.

Now if I can get it to stop raining on the weekends I may be able to get back to the track before winter sets in.
