When I go to this gallery, if my browser width isn't wide enough to fit the page on one screen (i.e. I get the horizontal scroll bar), when I mouseover and mouseout of things, the top banner jumps around:

    Another Black Arts Bug:
    Hi guys,

I love the "Black Arts" theme! I noticed that the lightbox has a really cool mat around each pic now! I kinda like it, is there a way I can change it's size and color?

One thing I noticed with IE6 is that sometimes the browser window doesn't realize that I need a scroll bar when I'm using light box. Know what I'm saying? I mean, if the pic is too tall and goes off the page, I'm not able to use the down arrow, my mouse wheel, or the scroll bar to scroll down and view the rest of the image. If I change the window size it will realize i need a scroll bar, but otherwise it likes to leave me without one...

    Scripters?

    Take care,
    -Matt-

[edit] Ooh, did I just get my 800 pixel L images back? Sweet!
[edit2] Ohhh, I guess I'm just looking at old pics that still have the same L images. Newly uploaded ones are all 600x400...

Matt, I cannot replicate. http://themes.smugmug.com/gallery/1442248 Can you outline exact steps, with gallery link? If I go to that link, I can put the image in LB, size O, and smallify the IE6 window - then use horiz or vert scroll bars and move the photo - as well as my mouse wheel.

Sure you can. FF and Web Dev are your best friends here. Look in my CSS for the section called "LightBox" - holler in a new thread if you need help deal.gif

    Hi Andy,

things work awesome in FF, but not in IE6. When viewing a really large original image in IE6, things seem to work fine. But in my recent photos gallery,

    http://matthewsaville.smugmug.com/gallery/390771

Sometimes I get the following, when I view the L size image on the lightbox:

    Mediumsmugmug.com69177919-M.jpg69177919-M.jpg

I did a lot more playing around and here's my complete description of the problem:

I get this simply by viewing the gallery (style set to Smugmug) and clicking on the M size image to view the L size image on lightbox. The scrollbar shows up at first, but as soon as I move my cursor over the image, it disappears. For most vertical shots, there is a slight lateral movement (rightward) of the image as the scroll disappears, but I can still use the mouse wheel or arrows to scroll down and see the rest of the image, even though there's no scrollbar. For horizontally oriented shots, there is a noticeable second lateral movement after the scrollbar disappears, and if this happens I cannot even scroll with the mouse wheel or up/down arrows....

    Hope this helps!

    -Matt-

PS: This does not seem to work with the IE6 window maximized. And also the moment I adjust the size of the window, the scrollbar returns.

[EDIT: Hold on. I just disabled ALL my CSS and things seem to work now. Now to hunt down what's causing the problem!]
    [EDIT2: Nevermind. Problem's still there!]
