    oh yeah, tons of fun...he was all over the place and I was laying on the sidewalk with people stepping over me, (they are used to me making a scene and have learned to go with it) so pretty much getting him in the frame was an accomplishment!

    Good photos. I would like to get a couple of shots like that. Have you ever thought of trying to expose for the sky and then give the sky a colder look by using a WB of around 3200? Then use a couple of off camera flashes with warming gels to light the subject. I think that would look nice and very different.

    Come on guys! Don't any of you leave the house with just the camera? I agree some flashes would have made it a better pic but....

    Doesn't the Rebel have onboard flash?

    Other than his face being too dark, I think these are very good. He's getting some good height for you, and I'm sure he loves the second one where you can see the artwork on the bottom of his board. The angles (tilt) work for me in these, too.

    yeah, I should have turned it on, I didn't think of it at the time...he hasn't got to see them yet but he will think he's the sh*t
