Help with camera purchase

I am presently using a Nikon D70s and am looking to upgrade soon. I haven't seen any reviews or comments on the Fuji S3 Pro - I am looking and comparing the Nikon D200 and Fuji S3 Pro... what do you suggest or have experienced with these cameras?
