Selective photo arranging?

Is there any way to keep the photo sorting (in one gallery) on "Date Taken" mode, while at the same time selectively moving any particular picture somewhere else in the order? Is there some sort of a temporary override of the requirement that you need to be in "Position" mode in order to place photos around like that. Thanks!

    You should be able to sort by Date Taken first, then switch to "Position" and do final arranging....
