Another Try At 64. Not Sure If It Qualifies, What Do You Think?

Major accident today off of the Florida Turnpike. I'm calling this Miller Time. They were cleaning up after the accident and looked like they were finished.

My question is 2 part. Would this be considered a portrait and be suitable for this challenge and if so, what's better B/W or Color?

This does not say portrait to me (JMHO) - most of the firemen have their back to the camera.

Would love to have seen more of a facial shot of one of the firemen with his hat and coat on.

#1. I don't believe this would be considered a portrait.
#2. The black and white looks washed out, would definitely stick with the colored.

It is by the way a great picture.

Of the four, the first of the "Bird Lady" shots is the winner. Very good exposure, LOTS of personality and contextual information.
