So I thought I'd take a stab at this one with a self portrait. Thoughts?

Oh, I like it very much! Picture on a broken window. It's different and appealing.

I do inspections for hazardous materials. A lot of the places we inspect are demolition projects. They're usually being demolished for a good reason (fire, water, sewer damage). I've been taking my camera with me on these jobs. It helps jog my memory when I write the reports for them. I managed to catch my reflection when I was shooting through a broken window and I thought it would make a cool self portrait.

Here are two houses I've shot and posted online. I post processed them with the thought "creepy" in the back of my head.

Very atmospheric! I see what you mean about creepy!! I bet in the dark they're enough to give anyone the heebee jeebies!!

Just want to make a comment about the signature on your pics. I feel its just a tad too big. It really detracts from the content of your pics. I'm always aware of it it in the corner & its almost always the first thing that I look at. Really it shouldn't take over your photos & I feel its doing that at the moment. Just my ha'pence worth, hope you don't mind.

I'll keep that in mind when I brush the sig in. Sometimes when I'm processing the larger pics I'll forget to scale it down. Thanks for the CC though!

I like it, but I am left wondering what the background can do to contribute to the image.
