    #3 is your best "peak action" capture. Nice timing on that one. A closer crop (?vertical) would give it more impact. I find that I use a vertical orientation much of the time when shooting football. Your shots could use a wider aperture if you have it, in order to blur the background. This will help with shutter speeds as well so that you avoid motion blur.

    Thanks Thomas! I have to learn about cropping. I think the widest aperature I have is 4.5, but I usually end up using 5.6 because it will rarely go lower. If I may ask, what ISO do you use? I have been shooting 800, but maybe 1600 would be better? Thanks again!
