it went great. and i was suprised at how well my 10D handled the lowlight at ISO 800. all were taken at ISO 800 1/125 f/4 with my 70-200

First one is great. Tough conditions to be sure... you might be able to push it slower than 1/125th, but I'm not very practiced at that distance & focal length so I'm not sure.

i can handhold my camera up to 1/15 but not with the 70-200... my arm was shaking worse and worse so i thought it better to not push my luck at 1/90
